At the core of any modern industrial operation is the design/draught team. The Ullrich Aluminium design group is based in Hamilton at the Ullexco extrusion plant and it would be fair to say that we can be the start of virtually any process within the various facilities we have in all main centres.
As such, we have a great deal of client interface and this is something we welcome because it allows us the opportunity to contribute to many projects in our area of expertise, namely aluminium product.	Extruded spars for microlight aircraft through to the die design for an aluminium engine
We have been involved in a large number of innovative projects from extruded spars for microlight aircraft through to the die designs for an aluminium engine largely composed of extrusion components.

Our designs can lead to dies produced in Hamilton, New Zealand castings at our Dunedin foundry, or complete systems manufactured within one of the Ullrich manufacturing or fabrication factories. We are also involved in the continual upgrade of the company's technical documentation to ISO 9002 standard for you, our customer.
